International Sales & Marketing Associate/Manager

PrecisionBiotics, part of the Alimentary Health Group, is an innovative Irish healthcare company and a global pioneer in discovery, development and commercialisation of proprietary probiotic and pharmabiotic products and supplements. We have a leading range of probiotic healthcare products and an exciting new product portfolio.
Our business is  fast growing  and we are now recruiting an International Sales & Marketing Associate/Manager to join our Global Commercial team and reporting directly to our Chief Commercial Officer.  
This role can be based remotely / home based with regular travel to headquarters in Cork, Ireland and to customer locations.

Key Responsibilities:

The International Sales and Marketing Associate supports Business Development activities with external stakeholders to deliver on international revenue targets. These stakeholders include existing and potential commercial partners (e.g. Distributors), International Healthcare Professionals, Advocacy Groups and consumers. 

Key activities include:

Partner liaison

  • Be the key contact for our Distributor Partner commercial teams during pre-launch, peri-launch and post launch periods

  • Support review of partner marketing plans and update sales forecasts

Opportunity identification & analysis

  • Conduct analysis of partner opportunities in key geographies to include market analysis re sales potential and options for new partners

  • Support prospecting of potential new partners by researching for partner opportunities

  • Maintain CRM partner prospect database

Partner resources for amximium growth

  • Develop (with Global Medical and Marketing) and co-ordinate all commercial and training materials. This may include Corporate and product presentations, product brochures for both healthcare professionals and consumer audiences, digital content.

  • Coordinate training meetings as required

  • Co-ordinate the briefing and approval of partners own promotional materials

  • Distribute examples of partner materials for sharing of best practices. Organise webinars/ meetings to maximise sharing and engagement

KOL support:

  • Support CCO/ IBDM in interfacing with International KOLs to develop advocacy for the PB portfolio of products

  • Develop relationships independent of partners

  • Manage congress / events including attendance as required

Other

  • Develop and coordinate product packaging for all markets with agencies as needed

  • Manage budget and ensure spend is continuously controlled and approved.

  • Ensure all sales and marketing content complies with Regulatory and Trademark guidance

Profile:

  • Graduate, with a minimum of 3 years sales / business development and marketing in a commercial organisation, ideally in International Healthcare

  • Experience of B2B lead generation and nurturing, ideally in international healthcare

  • Cross functional team player, results-orientated, flexible and comfortable with frequent change. A ‘can-do’ attitude.

  • A customer service mentality

  • Strong numeracy and planning skills

  • Organised and able to complete work to tight deadlines. Excellent attention to detail

  • Cultural sensitivity.

  • Fluent written and spoken English.
