The Alimentary Health Group, headquartered in Cork, is recruiting a Careline Advisor & Business Support to join its growing team. Alimentary Health (AH) is an innovative Irish healthcare company and a global pioneer in discovery, development and commercialisation of probiotic and pharmabiotic treatments. We have a leading range of consumer healthcare products and an exciting new product portfolio. AH is a rapidly expanding and dynamic company and this is a key Customer Service role.
Customer Service and Support: provide support and advice for consumers, pharmacies, health food stores & HCP’s in an accurate and timely manner
Provide advice and guidance about company products
Ensure follow up with consumers regarding their experience with PrecisionBiotic Products
Handle inbound/outbound calls, responding promptly and accurately to emails, letters and social media queries
Deal efficiently, effectively & confidentially with all consumer queries whilst maintaining excellent consumer service through every interaction forum at all times
Keeping consumer informed in accordance with set KPI’s while consumer queries/escalations are being resolved.
Work closely with other departments to ensure best possible experience for our consumers
Ensure all timely and accurate reporting and completion of compliance and administration tasks such as reports and logistics
Generate and keep updated all required consumer information such as frequently asked questions (FAQs) whilst always adhering to the applicable regulations.
Depending on expertise in role, more duties may be added to help streamline process and enhance consumer satisfaction with our products and services.
Have 5+ years Customer Service, or equivalent, experience working in a similar role/environment
Committed to excellent consumer service, with an empathetic manner
Have excellent knowledge of MS Office suite. CRM experience an advantage.
Enthusiastic team player with the ability to communicate effectively
Must display initiative and a common-sense approach
Performance driven with proven time management and an ability to deliver to tight deadlines.
Be highly motivated with an ability to take ownership of tasks and possess excellent attention to detail.
