Alimentary Health Ltd. (Alimentary Health), the development stage specialty biotechnology company, announces today that it has entered into an Exclusive Evaluation Agreement with a major consumer healthcare company, which will assess Alimentary Health's proprietary probiotics and have the opportunity to acquire certain rights in sports nutrition products.
Alimentary Health is a pioneer in the discovery, development and commercialisation of proprietary probiotic and pharmabiotic treatments for GI (gastrointestinal) disorders and other inflammatory conditions.
