Search Marketing Specialist

PrecisionBiotics Ltd., part of the Alimentary Health Group and headquartered in Cork, is recruiting a Search Marketing Specialist (e-commerce) to support digital marketing and e-commerce operations for our product range, including Alflorex® and Zenflore®. We are an innovative Irish healthcare company and a global pioneer in discovery, development and commercialisation of proprietary probiotic and pharmabiotic treatments. We have a leading range of consumer healthcare products and an exciting new product portfolio. Reporting to the e-Commerce & IT Manager, this new role is a chance to play a key part in developing and managing online sales. This is an opportunity to grow with a rapidly expanding and dynamic company.

 

 

Key responsibilities

  • In line with our growing online sales business, this role will specialise in Search, covering Paid Search, SEO and other keyword advertising.

  • Identify criteria for and complete the purchase of Search advertising for our global online business.

  • Ensure our channels meet Search best practices for EU and global markets.

  • Working with Marketing colleagues to focus content development.

  • Conducting keyword research and competitor analyses for multiple markets.

  • Managing on site SEO i.e. meta tags, URL's, content etc. and optimising landing pages and categories.

  • Run analytics and reports for Search and ensure reporting accuracy (e.g. Google Analytics review).

  • Regular reporting and analysis on KPIs.

 

 

Profile

  • Graduate with ideally postgraduate qualification in e-commerce or business information systems.

  • 12-18 months minimum experience or equivalent working in Search or e-commerce preferred.

  • Google Analytics, Google Adwords, Amazon advertising and other search tool experience.

  • Strong analytical capability: the ability to interpret data quantitatively and qualitatively

  • Strong attention to detail and ability to meet deadlines

  • Commercially aware.

  • Enthusiastic team player with the ability to communicate effectively.

  • Strong understanding of Microsoft Office Suite especially Excel.

  • Knowledge of HubSpot desirable.

  • Interested in technology.
